REALIFE Cooperative of Rochester provides quality, affordable housing and lifestyle for active, independent senior adults. We are conveniently located at 825 Essex Parkway Northwest in northwest Rochester, Minnesota.

REALIFE Cooperative is a resident member-owned community made up of 87 attractive units (apartments) with central hallways in a two story structure. Underground parking is also available. Common areas available to all residents include a Community Room with serving kitchen, fitness/exercise center, activity/billiard room, library/computer room, workshop, outdoor patio with barbecue grill, garden plots, and comfortable lobby.
Services include van service for appointment and grocery shopping, catered meal events, daily US mail pick-up and delivery service in Lobby, local newspaper delivery direct to your apartment door, and Resident Service Director, Maintenance personnel and housekeeper ready to help.
