Maintenance

Owners in the Cooperative enjoy a maintenance-free lifestyle.  Stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, standard window blinds, standard carpeting & vinyl, bathroom facilities, heat and air, etcetera are maintained through the Cooperative's management.*

Part-time maintenance personnel is on site from 7:30am to 12:00pm to address maintenance issues. The R.S.D. can additionally be consulted between 8:00am and 4:00pm. After hours and on weekends, residents may contact their Emergency Warden for maintenance issues. Emergency Wardens are volunteers who have the contact numbers needed to answer any maintenance emergency.
