A cooperative is managed and operated on a democratic basis. Each shareholder is allowed one vote for the election of the cooperative's board of directors, who control and direct the operations of the cooperative.
Currently, Realife Cooperative of Rochester employs Paramark Corp. to provide accounting and business management services. Their professionalism is valued as our members make decisions that maintain strong fiscal and community health. Onsite, we have one full-time Resident Services Director, one part-time maintenance person and one part-time housekeeper.
