WAIT LIST
If there are no units available or the specific unit you are most interested in is not available, we encourage you to place your name on our Waiting List. When a unit becomes available, we contact the people on the waiting list in the order we received their notice of interest.
At times, our waiting list has had 100 or more people interested in smart-housing at REALIFE... other times we have units available for immediate occupancy.
We ask for a $200 deposit to place your name on our waiting list. This enables us to contact you when a unit is available. When you decide to purchase a unit at REALIFE the $200 deposit is applied toward the share price. If you change your mind and ask to be removed from the waiting list, your deposit is returned with interest.
Adding your name to our waiting list will ensure that you are notified as units become available and of course there is NO obligation to purchase. You can remove your name from the waiting list at any time and your deposit is returned with interest.
